Whirlwind recently installed air conditioning in my new construction home. Ivan is very knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable quote. He walked me through the process and indicated I needed to fix the grade where the condenser would go. He scheduled a time far enough out to give me time to fix the grade. On install day, his team did a great job getting everything hooked up. It was supposed to be an easy job with most things roughed in from the builder. However, they ran into an issue with the fan not starting up during cooling. Ivan came in to help his team diagnose and found a very unusual issue. They did a workaround and gave me steps to get the issue resolved through warranty. Overall, excellent and professional HVAC work from Ivan and his team at Whirlwind. I would easily recommend them to anyone. Update: Ivan recently came out to do a service call to check on a very small condensation leak. He responded quickly and got it resealed. And I let him know that the previous issue was resolved. Very happy with the service. Thank you!!

Ivan was amazing! Very polite and so honest. I think he should be charging more for his services. Rates were so good that I won’t go anywhere else. He even told me my venting in my cloths dryer was not up to code and he’ll be back to correct that for us. We have had many service people here in the past and nobody ever looked or told us. I recommend them 100percent!
