Ivan was awesome, sent a message and arrived early. Immediately diagnosed the problem and offered options. I’m waiting for estimates on other work but he quickly installed a new wifi thermostat and got the heat up and running. I’m looking forward to seeing the estimate and using Whirlwind services again…they know they’re stuff and are very efficient!

I called trying to schedule repair for the heating system that wasn’t working., After calling my regular heating company. Who had told me 2 and a half weeks before they could come out. When I happened to call whirlwind heating. I explained that this was a 94 yr old lady and that the house was getting really chilly. The young man said he would rearrange his schedule and be there that afternoon. He arrived at the time he’d said and had text prior to his arrival. He proceeded to find the problem, get the parts, and fixed the issue in about 3 hours. He impressed us with his abilities and professional knowledge. His customer service was impeccable right down to removing his boots before entering the house. I now have a new dependable heating service. And am happy to recommend him to anyone willing to listen.
